Registration for Camp BWG begins March 4 for members and continues on March 18 for non-members. If the camp you desire is full when registration forms are received you will be contacted about the waitlist. Registration and payment information must be received digitally or dropped off at the Gardens March 4 or 18.  Download the full list of programs, dates and Camp Bookworm General Information sheet here or see below:

Prices

Become a member and get priority registration and reduced rates!

Per camp (Aged Preschool - 5th Grade) - Members $160 / $180 Non-Members
Friends in the Gardens Camp (Aged 3 years) - $60 Members / $70 Non-Members *

*Please note that Friends in the Gardens Session I & II are identical. Parents please select either Session I or Session II.

Registration

Forms are required for EACH CHILD attending camp. Registration will begin March 4 for members + March 18 for non-members. Registration forms can be submitted digitally or dropped off at Bookworm Gardens on March 4th or 18th from 9am-1pm. Payment must be received with registration forms.

Confirmation

Payment must be received with registration forms to secure camp enrollment. Confirmation of enrollment will be sent via e-mail. We will make every effort to accommodate your camp requests. Another email will go out to families two weeks prior to your camper’s time at the Gardens with additional information about drop-off and what to expect.

Wait List

If the camp you desire is full when registration forms are received, you will be contacted about being added to the waitlist. If you need to be added to a waitlist, please contact Ashley at ashley@bookwormgardens.org. Should space become available in camp, you will be contacted.

Cancellation Policy

When cancelling a camp 30 days or more in advance, a refund of 50% will be issued. No refund will be given for camps cancelled with less than 30 days notice.

Snack

Campers will receive a themed snack each day of camp. Please mark any food or other allergies on the registration form so that all campers can be provided the best experience.
